is an efficient and affordable Voice Email service, which
enables users to instantly author Voice messages and communicate
with a wide audience via the Internet. Whether your audience
is 10 or 10,000, you can use this service to communicate time
sensitive information, to notify fellow employees of a special
event, or to explain new systems and procedures. Adding an
audio component to a standard email communication will make
your message more personal and well remembered.
The recipients of your message do not need any special equipment
or technical expertise. They simply need a browser, access
to the Internet, and the RealAudio player.
The service is simple to use. To record a message, the user
calls (212) 727-8900 and follows the system prompts. The system
operates like a traditional phone messaging system; the user
can hear their message after recording, re-record the message,
or delete the message entirely. Access to the user’s
“Recording Booth” is user-name and password protected.
Once the message is approved, the audio file is linked to
a web page and can be accessed via the Internet.
When the recording is available, we will forward the page
link to your attention. The link can then be redirected to
as many people as you wish
